Faraz Fazal Sheikh
Advocate, Head of Chamber
Faraz Fazal Sheikh is an advocate who has practised taxation law for more than two decades, and heads Bin Faraz Law Chamber. He holds an LLB and an LLM, and MBAs in marketing and finance.
He is among the leading tax consultants in Pakistan, with a number of reported judgments in his favour. Several landmark judgments have become precedents for later cases, and some have led legislators to amend the law and its rules.
He also leads the chamber's intellectual property work, and appears before the Intellectual Property Tribunals, the Competition Commission of Pakistan and its tribunals, and the High Court. He has lectured at NAB, Rawalpindi College of Commerce and the Pakistan Planning and Management Institute.
